Conditions We Support

Functional medicine can be helpful when symptoms don't always fit neatly into one diagnosis or when you're looking for a deeper understanding of your health. We commonly work with concerns involving digestion, hormones, thyroid health, fatigue, stress, metabolism, and other chronic symptoms.

Each area below highlights some of the concerns we commonly see in practice.

Womens Health

We support women through different stages of life, with care focused on hormone balance, menstrual cycles, perimenopause, and reproductive health.

Concerns may include irregular or changing cycles, PMS, symptoms associated with perimenopause, and other hormone-related changes that can affect how you feel day to day.

Bioidentical hormone therapy may be considered when clinically appropriate.

Stress

Chronic stress can impact sleep, hormones, digestion, energy, and mood.

We work to identify stress triggers and support the nervous system through individualized strategies that help improve resilience, regulate the stress response, and restore balance.

This helps the body feel steadier, more resilient, and supported over time.

Detoxification

The body is designed to naturally detoxify, but this process can be influenced by factors such as stress, environmental exposures, nutrient deficiencies, and overall health.

We focus on supporting the body’s natural detoxification pathways through nutrition, lifestyle, and targeted support when appropriate.

Fatigue/Thyroid/Adrenals

Fatigue can be influenced by a number of factors, including thyroid function, stress response, blood sugar regulation, sleep, and nutrient status.

We look at these areas together to better understand what may be contributing to low energy, brain fog, burnout, and difficulty feeling rested.

Understanding these patterns can help guide next steps toward steadier energy and improved day-to-day function.

Digestion

The gut plays a key role in digestion, immunity, metabolism, and even mood.

We take a root-cause approach to digestive concerns such as bloating, constipation, diarrhea, and IBS-type symptoms by looking at factors like gut microbiome balance, inflammation, stress, and lifestyle influences.
